Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or registering for StackCon or a Mini StackCon, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you are registering a minor, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian and agree to these terms on their behalf.

Registration and Tickets

Tickets are purchased through our third-party ticketing partner and are subject to its terms. Pricing, sessions, speakers, and schedules may change. Refund and transfer requests are handled according to the policy shown at the time of purchase.

Event Conduct

StackCon is a safe, respectful space for young people. Attendees, guardians, volunteers, and speakers are expected to treat everyone with respect. We may remove anyone whose behavior puts others at risk or disrupts the event, without a refund.

Supervision and Safety

Parents and guardians are responsible for drop-off and pick-up arrangements and for sharing any medical needs or accommodations in advance. Participation in hands-on activities is voluntary and at the attendee's own risk, to the extent permitted by law.

Media Release

Attending StackCon grants Stacked Up Academy permission to use photos and video taken at the event for educational and promotional purposes, unless you opt out at registration or check-in.

All logos, text, images, and materials on this site belong to Stacked Up Academy or its partners and may not be copied or reused without permission. The site is provided as-is, and we are not responsible for content on third-party websites we link to.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or attendance at our events after changes means you accept the updated terms.
